- Delivery Services
Delivery Area: We currently offer delivery to England, Wales, and Scotland.
Delivery Fee: Add items to your cart, and the shipping fee will be automatically calculated for you.
Delivery Schedule: We deliver from Monday to Wednesday to avoid weekend delays. Please allow time for us to freshly prepare your order to ensure top quality. If you need your food as soon as possible, please select the DPD By 10am or DPD By 12noon services.
Delivery Process: Our team will confirm your order via email and provide real-time tracking on the delivery day.

Pickup Process: After placing your order, you will receive an email with pickup instructions. Please ensure you collect your order within one month of receiving this notification.
- Order Tracking
Track your delivery or pickup status in the "My Orders" section of your account. Regular email updates will also be sent to keep you informed.
- Packaging
Our products are carefully packed in insulated bags with ice packs to ensure freshness. We maintain stringent quality measures throughout delivery to preserve product integrity. Minimal thawing upon receipt is normal and does not affect product quality or safety for immediate consumption or refreezing. Customers should promptly put products in the freezer upon delivery to keep them fresh and safe to eat.
